Street Use Permits
Right of Way (ROW) Permit
This permit type is for staging materials and/or equipment for construction related purposes, such as construction-related deliveries, temporary material and/or vehicle staging, public safety buffers from construction, scaffolding and/or temporary structures.
Minor Utility Permit
This permit is for installing utility (ex: sewer, storm, power) infrastructures in the Right of Way that will have minimal impacts to the street and/or sidewalk.
SDCI Permits
Side Sewer Permit
A side sewer permit covers any and all proposed side sewer and drainage work located on private property and/or within the public right-of-way. This includes new installations, alterations, repairs, relocations and more.
No Parking Notices
Non-Paid Area: This permit type is to reserve curb space in non-paid areas of the city and to generate the Public Notice for a Temporary No Parking Zone for posting on No Parking barricades. Purposes may include construction activity, loading and unloading, and special events.
Paid Area: This permit type is to reserve curb space in paid areas of the city. Purposes may include construction activity, loading and unloading, and special events. You may not reserve space for personal vehicles or in already-restricted parking zones such as Carshare, Carpool, Food Vending, Truck Only, or Loading zones.
